Title: RECRUITING CONSULTANT TO FORMULATE REGULATIONS ON THE USE OF THE COMMUNITY
INITIATIVE FUND
Maximum budget: 130 000 000VND – performance period from November to December 2018
The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development) launches a Call for expressions of interest for the acquisition of services for Recruiting consultant to formulate regulations on the use of the community initiative fund (Services)” on behalf of Project VIE/036 receiving financial support from the Governments of the Vietnam and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
Services providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are any firms legally established, specialised in agriculture and rural development or related field.
Indicatively, services providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in in developing processes, rules, guidelines for fund management or operation, or a similar model.
The start of the contract is foreseen from November until December 2018 for the duration within 02 months. Interested services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Cao Bang city and districts/communes, Cao Bang Province. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated to 130 000 000 VND.
Interested services providers are invited to submit sufficient documentation to respond to the selection criteria. The latter are available on request at the postal and email addresses given below. The application dossier including the selection criteria and the application form can also be sent by post mail to address as below.
The shortlist of candidates invited to submit a full offer will be established of minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) companies evaluated as qualified and ranked if necessary against the selection criteria.
Expressions of interest, exclusively drawn up both in English and Vietnamese (three copies each) must reach the following address by hand delivery or postal mail and electronic mail no later than 09:00 AM (Hanoi time) on 16 October 2018:
