Recruitment of consultants to carry out the Mid-term Review of the “Community Management Project” – Phase 2
The Swiss Cooperation Office for Vietnam (SCO) is the representative of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). It is responsible for the coordination of the Swiss Development Cooperation of the Swiss Government in Vietnam.
We are seeking for a highly qualified team consisting of one international consultant (team leader) and one national consultant to carry out the Mid-term Review of the “Community Management Project” – Phase 2, funded by SDC. The mission is foreseen to take place in March 2015.

Individual submission is possible, however team proposals are an advantage.
The criteria for selection include: extensive knowledge and practice experience on community management (experience and knowledge on Vietnam is an important advantage); proven experience on development project/ programme evaluation; knowledge of evidence-based principle; proven experience in project management and implementation; fluent English (writing, speaking).
