Consultant Service to Conduct Baseline Survey for Food and Nutrition Security Component

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:

Vacancy: Consultant to develop M&E plan, conduct baseline survey and refine an project implementation plan for the Food and Nutrition Security component of “Northern Mountain integrated Child Nutrition Improvement” project (JSDF project) in Yen Bai and Son La provinces [1].

Main Responsibilities:

• Development of the M&E plan and technical proposal for baseline survey;
• Undertaking of the Baseline Survey and Refinement to the Draft M&E Plan
• Elaboration on the Implementation Plan and revision of the result frame work

Key Competencies:

Essential

• Master Degree or higher in the following fields: agriculture and food security, rural development, and nutrition, is required.
• 6-10 years of relevant experiences in agriculture and food security field and M&E, research and rapid rural assessment methods is highly desirable.
• Good communication skills in English, and proficiency in computer (Excel and Word) is mandatory.
• Experience on livelihood support for ethnic minority groups is also highly desirable considering the sensitive nature of the project.
