Plan in Vietnam has started a four year (7/2014- 6/2018) project titled “Keep girls in schools” which will be implemented in 8 communes of XinMan and HoangSuPhi districts of Ha Giang province where the ethnic minority people are living
The project is designed to empower Ethnic minority girls in Ha Giang Province to access quality education when transitioning from primary to lower secondary levels with 2 main specific objectives as below:
- Improved accessibility and quality of education in schools
- Strengthened community and parental support to girl education
In order to measure the outcomes and impacts that expected to be progressively brought by interventions of the project, Plan in Vietnam is seeking a consultant team to conduct a baseline to quantify and measure the magnitude of the selective indicators at the outset of project implementation
The consultancy for this baseline should be completed before 30th January 2015.
