The Vietnam Forests and Delta Program is looking for a consultant team to provide technical assistance in development of a proposing draft circular on sustainable forest management regulations to replace the Circular 38 No. 38/ 2014/TT-BNN dated 3/11/2014 of MARD on guidelines on sustainable forest management planning.
