Requirements:
- Background and experience in software development
- Background and experience in developing a web portal for distant learning and online library
- Experience in using software to support access of persons with disabilities especially persons who are deaf or persons who are blind.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Demonstration of meeting deadlines.
