The French Red Cross and the Vietnam Red Cross are looking for a Consultant(s) to implement a Gender analysis of the 12 communes of our Community Based Disaster Risk Management Project that is being implemented in Son La and Lai Chau Provinces. Please find the attached ToR [1] for details.
