Position: Coordinator for For Vietnamese Stature Foundation [1]
Brief:
For Vietnamese Stature Foundation was established in 16 December 2014, licensed by Ministry of Home Affairs. It’s a social – charity – non-profit Fund, aiming at contributing to Vietnamese physical and mental development.
School milk – for Vietnamese stature program was built and operated by Ministry of Education, Vietnam Television and Voice of Vietnam, and For Vietnamese Stature Foundation; in accordance with the Decision number 1340/QD-TTg by Prime Minister, with the target of improving nutritional status, enhancing the stature and health of kindergarten and primary students.
The coordinator is responsible for coordinating with related parties, operating jobs of the fund to ensure targets; directly reports to Foundation director,.
Scope of work
- Overall operation, supervising Foundation activities
- Building plan, implementing charitable activities, especially ones related to School milk, school nutrition, nurturing talents,…
- Coordinating with related authorities and parties,
- Making budget plan, supervising the use of budget, effectively using financial tools, reporting frequently to Director
- Fund raising activities
- Admin works
- PR activities for Foundation
- Making annualy report to Ministry of Home affairs, reporting directy to Director
- Others if needed
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business management/finance/marketing…
- Experience and skill of organizing, coordinating
- Experienced in working with authorities and communication agencies.
- Excellent communication skill
- Understanding of finance, proficiently using financial tools and financial reports
- Persons having experience working in charity funds, NGOs, international charity funds are preferred.
- Energetic and passionate, willing to contribute.
