The Australian Embassy is seeking applications from Vietnamese nationals to fill the Executive Assistant to Minister-Counsellor position working within its Development Cooperation Section in Hanoi.
A strong preference will be given to applicants with experience in managing dynamic workloads of high ranking officials in the development cooperation context.
This position will encompass a wide range of duties covering secretarial support, information technology, record management and resource management. It is envisaged that the successful candidate to possess superior client service and communication skills in English.
