WECREATE | VIETNAM is seeking imaginative and dynamic female leaders to direct its entrepreneurship center programming, including community development, promotion and mentor networks. The positions currently open include an Executive Director and a Marketing and Outreach Coordinator. The WECREATE | VIETNAM team will focus on entrepreneurship programming, community development and promotion, as well as managing mentor networks. These full-time Professional and Administrative Staff will report to the Advisory Board of WECREATE | VIETNAM, and their main focus will be on supporting aspiring female entrepreneurs and existing women business owners, growing mentor networks, and enhancing Vietnam’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The WECREATE | VIETNAM team will engage with a diverse group of constituents, including female entrepreneurs, mentors in a variety of fields, donors, advisors, male champions of women, and WECREATE staff. As a member of the WECREATE | VIETNAM team, you will help women entrepreneurs to expand their businesses while generating momentum for economic and social change through a portfolio of business growth programs, tools and events created to address the barriers faced by women seeking to start and grow their businesses. You will participate in the development of a collaborative approach for the Center, by engaging key players to create a culturally sensitive entrepreneurial ecosystem and safe environment for women.
The Women’s Entrepreneurial Center of Resources, Education, Access, and Training for Economic Empowerment (WECREATE) Project is a physical entrepreneurial Community Center, designed as a safe and centralized location for women to gain access to vital economically empowering resources. The WECREATE | VIETNAM Project is a public-private partnership between the U.S. State Department and StartUp Cup. Implementation of WECREATE | VIETNAM is led by global implementing partner StartUp Cup with local implementing partner, Paz Y Desarrollo.

WECREATE | VIETNAM is looking for outstanding women candidates to fill two positions – Executive Director and a Marketing and Outreach Manager:
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: a senior level position to:
Description
- Lead Center’s day to day operations, including management of two team members, online media presence, and financial and impact reporting;
- Work with local and international team to operationalize the Center’s sustainability strategy;
- Work closely with female entrepreneurs, mentors in a variety of fields, donors, advisors, male champions of women, and WECREATE staff to help develop aspiring female entrepreneurs and existing women business owners, grow mentor networks, and enhance Vietnam’s entrepreneurial ecosystem;
- Be responsible for relationship management and partners’ support.
Roles, responsibilities and Duties
- Report on the day-to-day operations and guidance to StartUp Cup Project Manager and Paz Y Desarrollo;
- Develop and document a shared vision and action plan based on local needs and objectives;
- Implement the sustainability strategy and action plan necessary to ensure success beyond the initial funding support;
- Develop strong relationships with local strategic partners and players;
- Design and develop entrepreneurial campaigns and action plans;
- Design and develop the first Annual Programs and Events Calendar;
- Develop monitoring and evaluation processes, which include physical surveys, interviews and online data collection / inputs, track and report on the key metrics;
- Manage the overall day-to-day center operations and management in close liaison with the Paz Y Desarrollo team;
- Help build the entrepreneurial ecosystem and support partners achieve further development;
- Supervise the technical and economical progress of the implementation
- Carry out any other responsibilities that the WECREATE management may see fit.
Requirements
- Degree and/or Experience in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Public Relations and any related qualifications
- Experience managing complex programs
- Experience in vocational training centers, preferably in INGO
- Strong background in gender and development
- Excellent communication skills, including writing in Vietnamese and English
- Excellent computer skills
- Very good accountability, administrative and financial skills
MARKETING AND OUTREACH COORDINATOR:
Description
- Develop a marketing and outreach strategy to engage Vietnamese women from different social groups;
- Support the Executive Director in planning and executing training and mentoring events with leading businesswomen and aspiring entrepreneurs;
- Manage on-line social media channels along with website and blog.
Roles, responsibilities and Duties
- Manage the promotion, logistics and operations of running numerous entrepreneur support events and report on the day-to-day marketing and events to the Executive Director;
- Support the Development of strong relationships with local strategic partners and players;
- Support the design and develop entrepreneurial campaigns and action plans;
- Design and develop the first Annual Programs and Events Calendar;
- Help implement monitoring and evaluation processes, which include physical surveys, interviews and online data collection / inputs, track and report on the key metrics;
- Work to generally support the marketing and outreach for the WECREATE | VIETNAM center in close liaison with the Paz Y Desarrollo team;
- Help build the entrepreneurial ecosystem and support partners achieve further development;
- In charge of technical and financial monitoring and implementation of the activities, including accountability and administrative issues
- Carry out any other responsibilities that the WECREATE management may see fit.
Requirements
- Degree and/or Experience in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Promotion Relations and any related qualifications.
- Experience working on complex program
- Excellent communication skills, including writing in English and Vietnamese
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience in vocational training centers, preferably in INGO
