Paz y Desarrollo (PyD) is seeking an external consultant to design and facilitate a a Master course for core trainers to conduct group meeting for women empowerment in Quang Nam from Aug 21st to Aug 22nd, 2014. More information can be found in the attached Terms of Reference [1].
