Pact is an international non-profit, non-religious, non- political and non-governmental organization that is based in Washington D.C, United States. Pact is currently working in 57 countries, implementing more than 100 programs. Pact’s main field offices are situated in 27 countries from which oversee all the programs around the world.
Through trainings, technical assistance, mentoring and direct financial support, Pact strengthens local organizational and institutional capacity to further development goals in HIV/AIDS, livelihoods, natural resource management, and other sectors.
We are now seeking qualified Vietnamese nationals to fill in the 3 following positions based in Vinh Long for our Mekong Vitality Expanded project.

The Mekong Vitality (or WORTH) project is a savings-led microfinance program that gathers women into empowerment groups to save, loan funds, and develop small businesses. By integrating financial literacy training, community banking, and micro – enterprise development, WORTH enables women to become social entrepreneurs and effective leaders who bring about change in their communities.
These positions are offered a one-year–contract with possibility of extension based on the staff’s performance and funding availability.
