CIAI is an Italian non-profit organization founded in 1968 which aims at defending the rights of children, wherever they may be born, and promoting the recognition of the child as a person and protecting its fundamental rights to life, to health, to a family, to education, to play and to innocence (www.ciai.it [1]).
CIAI is present in Vietnam since 1993 and it is planning to extend its activities in the country trough the implementation of development projects.
We are currently seeking Vietnamese nationals to fill internship position:
01 Intern to support in Administration and Accounting (Priority for early application)
Working location is with CIAI Vietnam Office in Hanoi.
Working time: full-time 7 hours/day;
Allowance: no salary, only 100USD as allowance
Specific Responsibilities:
1. The volunteer will provide administrative and accounting support to CIAI team to ensure the efficient project operation and implementation.
2. Provide general administrative support including filing, sending and circulating mail, fax; photocopying, travel booking…
3. Provide translation of documents when necessary
4. Assist to implement legal administrative processes and paper works
5. Assist in accounting procedure, including checking financial reports, invoices, bills to make sure the accuracy in accounting
6. Assist with monitoring, purchasing office supplies; researching and choosing appropriate service providers
7. Perform others tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Vietnamese citizen
- University student with major in English/Administration/Finance/Accouting
- Good command of English, including translation from Vietnamese to English and vice-versa
- Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Some knowledge of development work is an advantage, but is not essential
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multitask efficiently

This volunteer program runs throughout the year, but the duration for each volunteer is three or four months. In case of receiving more than 1 qualified candidate, we will make a waiting list of candidates for the next period.
