Transparency International (TI) and Towards Transparency (TT) is seeking for a team of maximum 2 consultants (one international and one local) to help TI/TT in developing a Communications Strategy to ensure the successful implementation of the first 3 years of work (2013-2015) of the 2013-2017 TI Vietnam programme. More details can be found in the attached Terms of Reference [1].
