Package NM-03: Lead Preparation Consultant (international consultant) supports the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam in implementing the preparation for Northern Mountain Urban Program.
The Ministry of Construction of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received from the World Bank toward the cost of the Project Preparation Technical Assistance Facility (PPTAF). The Ministry of Construction intends to use this financing to hire an international consultant for package NM-03: Lead Preparation Consultant supports the Ministry of Construction in implementing the preparation for Northern Mountain Urban Program.
The objective of the consulting services (“the Services”) is as follows:
To support the Ministry of Construction in preparing the project documents and ensure the quality, reviewing the quality of reports of subproject, providing guidance for the subproject during the project preparation.
The Ministry of Construction now invites eligible consultant (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World bank’s Guideline: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants] by World Bank Borrowers dated January 2011 (“Consultant Guidelines”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Selection of Individual Consultants method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.
