Tuyen Quang Agriculture, Farmers and Rural Areas Support Project (TNSP) funded by International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD) plans to recruit a competent and experienced international private sector engagement consultant to help the project engage the private sector in upgrading of pro-poor value chains in Tuyen Quang Province, Viet Nam (The detailed TOR [1] is attached).
