In the framework of Project VIE/034 receiving financial support from the Governments of the government and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
This Notice of Invitation is launched by the Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (Lux-Development), on behalf of Project VIE/ 034 Bac Kan vocational education training (Phase II) receiving financial support from the Governments of Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Origin: No restriction.
Eligibility: Companies satisfying the criteria included in the Statement of Good Standing and in the ethics clauses of the General Regulations.
PLACE AND PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
Location of the project: In Bac Kan vocational college campus at Bac Kan city Bac Kan province Place of performance of the Contract: Construction site in BKVC (see the layout drawing in the Technical specification for more detail)
Performance period: 6 months up to the Provisional Acceptance of the Works (excluding the Warranty period).
Validity period of Tenders: 90 days after the deadline for Submission of Tenders.

Type: Open Tender with unit prices that are fixed and not open for review.
How to obtain the Dossier: The Tender Dossier may be obtained against payment of a non-re- fundable amount of VND 500 000 (Five hundred thousand VND) from 22.03.2018 to 06.04.2018 at the following address:
