Calling for CV for consultancy work
Organization:
The Vietnamese-German Programme “Reform of Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Vietnam” is funded by the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) with counterpart funds from the Vietnamese Government. The implementing agencies are the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the Directorate of Vocational Education and Training (DVET) under the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA). The Programme aims to better align the technical and vocational education and training (TVET) sector in Vietnam to the changing world of work, and to improve the supply of demand-oriented qualified workforce.
Assignment
The Programme “Reform of TVET in Vietnam” is looking for a qualified national expert as team leader to work closely with quality assurance officials from TVET institutes. The team leader coordinates team members to:
- carry out a situational analysis on quality assurance systems and the accreditation process experienced by selected VET institutes;
- gather data and evidence on training needs of TVET practitioners in the field of quality assurance;
- develop and test deliver a training package on quality assurance for TVET practitioners on the basis of existing training materials by GIZ and DVET.
