UN Women is looking for a local consultant,who will work with the national coordination consultant contracted by UN Women, to provide coordination and technical assists for GED, MOLISA to implement planned activities in Hoa Binh and Ben Tre under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 2021-2022 between UN Women and GED-MOLISA on the joint programme on Essential services Package for Women and Girls subject to violence phase III – 2021-2022 (ESP phase III). Under the guidance of UN Women Programme Analyst on EVAW, the local consultant will work closely with the national consultant and GED-MOLISA and ESP phase III programme’s stakeholders at provincial levels of Hoa Binh and Ben Tre province including Departments of Labor-Invalid and Social Affairs (DOLISA), Social Protection Centers (SPCs), Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Health (DOH), Department of Public Security (DPS), Provincial People’s Court (PPC) to ensure the delivery of the planned activities at the targeted sites. In addition, the local consultant will support the provincial stakeholders to attend and share experience, lesson learnt of ESP phase III implementation at national meeting/ workshops and to facilitate the national activities implemented at provincial level.
