UNICEF Viet Nam is looking for an individual national consultant to assess the implementation of the Programme Cooperation Agreement (PCA) between Thao Dan and UNICEF for 2010-2011 and to identify areas for potential cooperation with UNICEF on child protection. Please see the attached Terms of Reference [1] for more information.
