Plan in Vietnam is implementing an ECHO funded Early Recovery Assistance to Typhoon and Flood Affected Children and their Families in Quang Binh province” with the aim of improving humanitarian situation of people affected by the typhoons in the Central Vietnam.
The project team is looking for a national consultant to conduct assessment of shelter practices and housing condition in Quang Binh province. Please see the attached TOR [1] for more details.
