Sustainable Rural Development for the Poor Project in Ha Tinh province (SRDP Ha Tinh) funded by International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), is covered in 50 communes/10 districts in the province. The project starts from 01/01/2014 to 31/12/2018. Currently, our project is in need of hiring a national consultant firm to support the study and development of provincial value chain action plan. Details are refered to the attached “Expression of Interests” [1].
