Oxfam in Vietnam is looking for a national consultant team/ firm to conduct a participatory final evaluation of the “Inclusive and Sustainable Clam and Bamboo Value Chain Development in Vietnam (SCBV)” Project. The purpose of the final evaluation is to draw final conclusions on effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, relevance and replicability. Please refer to the attached TOR [1] for more details.
