The USAID Workforce for an Innovation and Start-up Ecosystem (WISE) is USAID Vietnam’s effort to innovate ways to develop the workforce readiness sector by supporting the country’s burgeoning private sector and non-profit market for training workers in Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) skill sets. The goal of USAID’s WISE activity is to pilot solutions that could improve Vietnam’s 4IR workforce readiness status. WISE is managed under USAID’s U.S. Support for Economic Growth in Asia (US-SEGA) program. The Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI)’s National Innovation Center (NIC) is the Government of Vietnam’s partner for the WISE pilot. WISE seeks to collaborate with the private sector and not-for-profit training institutions, employers, and other relevant stakeholders to innovate, test, and expand market-driven, sustainable models for a more competitive workforce to facilitate Vietnam’s transition to the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR).
WISE is looking for a PR Agency to run 2 short campaigns with 3 main tasks: (i) produce creative communication products relating to the project (each campaign should include a viral video with a duration of approximately 3 minutes, but not limited to other types of creative products); (ii) publish on related channels; and (iii) report the effectiveness of the campaign with specific figures.
