The Institute for Studies of Society, Economy and Environment (iSEE) is a non-profit organization working for human rights, especially the rights of minority groups, with a mission to promote the values of freedom, tolerance and equality in society. iSEE is looking for a Procurement and Admin Assistant [1], who is qualified and committed to iSEE’s vision and mission. Key responsibilities of Procurement and Admin Assistant
- Manage reception and Flex office/Meeting room;
- Administer phone calls, couriers and other stationeries requests;
- Manage office supplies, tenant and cleaning services;
- Manage assets (procurement, usage, inventory);
- Be in charge of procurement for office and all projects;
- Maintain consultants and suppliers database;
- Assist project financial management

- Have bachelor’s degree;
- Have ability to work independently, responsibly and complete the work within deadline;
- Pay attention to detail;
- Have good communication and leadership skills;
- Being fluent in English would be an advantage;
- Commit to the values, principles and working practices of iSEE, including social equality, rights-based approach and respect diversity.

These positions have competitive salaries, 1-year contract with possibility of extension. 2 months probation starting from the date that the contract is signed, with 100% benefit according to iSEE’s policy.
