Oxfam are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vietnamese citizen to fill the following position:
Programme Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Specialist [re-advertised]
The post is an one-year contract with possible extension. Incumbent is based in Hanoi but with frequent travel.
The Role: To ensure effective functioning of programme Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system, delivering reliable reports and data to serve programme planning, implementation and reporting.
