- Properly signed and stamped your quotation
- Send your quotation separately via one of the followings:
- Hand-deliver and sent via post to PSI office at 11st Floor, VinaFor Building, 127 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
The deadline for quotation submission is 15:00 4 June 2018.
Criteria for agency selection will be as follow:
- Price competitiveness: 70%
- Leadtime for delivery: 20%
- Payment terms : 10%
