The European Union Health Facility (EU-HF) has been established by the European Union in March 2015 as a part of the actions agreed with the Government of Vietnam within the framework of the EU Health Sector Policy Support Programme phase 2 (EU-HSPSP 2): Towards Equity and Quality of Health Services in Vietnam.
The EU-HF is currently recruiting Senior Health Insurance Expert for ToR “EU Technical Assistance in Capitation Payment, Health Insurance and Health Financing” with a total number of 310 working days (from 09/2015 to 04/2017)
Qualifications:
- At least a master degree related to health financing, health economics, public health, or health management or related areas (public administration, public finances)
- Skills and Specific requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in health insurance, health financing, public health or health management
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in studying, designing or evaluating health services and health insurance in Vietnam
- Direct experience in the management of the Vietnam National Health Insurance will be an advantage
- Other skills:
- Full fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
All candidates must be computer literate (in spread-sheets and word processing, preferably in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point), and be fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese. Place of performance: Hanoi, with possible short term trips to the provinces, covered by the Program.
