LUX Project at ILO Hanoi Office is seeking for a service company or an organization, herein after called as the ‘service provider’, to conduct a rapid needs assessment on awareness of female factory workers on social health insurance and maternity protection benefits. Please find the attached ToRs (in English [1] and Vietnamese [2]) for more details.
Interested service providers should submit their proposals in both English and Vietnamese (in PDF format with signature and stamp) to emails to [email protected] [3] with cc to [email protected] [4] no later than 3 September 2019, with subject email “Application for Rapid Need Assessment”. The proposal will include:
- Prior experience of the firm in similar or related projects (max 2 pages);
- Team composition and CVs of team members;
- Approach to the sampling, data collection process and analysis of results based (max 2 pages);
- Budget (all-inclusive fee and breakdown).”
