The Project on Enhancing Sustainable Natural Resource Management Phase 2 (SNRM2) is a bilateral technical cooperation project funded and executed by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) with the project duration of four years from May 2021 to May 2025. It consists of two major components covering policy development largely at central level (Component 1) and sustainable forest management (SFM) planning and implementation in the field (Component 2).
The Project’s Component 2 specifically works on the formulation, implementation, and M&E of SFM plans with select forest owners in the four target provinces (Hoa Binh, Son La, Lao Cai, and Tuyen Quang).
SNRM2 is now seeking applicants from Vietnamese nationals for the following four consultant posts:
- SFM Planning Consultant for Hoa Binh
- SFM Planning Consultant for Son La
- SFM Planning Consultant for Lao Cai
- SFM Planning Consultant for Tuyen Quang
Please refer to TOR [1] for detail information on the above positions (the TOR is the same for each province). The application can be from an individual for a single province, or a group of individuals covering all four provinces, but the contract would be signed individually.
