Submission must include 02 separated files: Technical proposal and Financial proposal. Financial proposal will be protected by password. Please send the application to WWF-Viet Nam’s designated mailbox at [email protected] [2] . Your e-mail must have the subject heading as “Ref FY23-1513/BCA- [Consultant’s name]- The team leaders for repeat survey of biodiversity and snare baseline in year 3 for Bidoup Nui Ba National Park and Da Nhim Protection Forest”
The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.
Please be aware that bids or proposals emailed to WWF-Vietnam will be rejected if they are received after the deadline for bid submission. As an email may take some time to arrive after it is sent, especially if it contains a lot of information, we advise all consultants to send email submissions well before the deadline.
Deadline for submission: on or before 17:00, June 9th, 2023 (Hanoi time – ICT).
