Hoang Su Phi terraced fields, belonging to 6 communes of Ha Giang Province, will be recognized as a national heritage. The organization board announced that the awarding ceremony will include the 5th Culture and Sports Festival of Hoang Su Phi District ethnic minorities 2012 and other events to introduce the local agricultural products and the socio-cultural potential of the district. The Hoang Su Phi terraced fields were formed hundreds of years ago by the hard-working people of different ethnic minority groups in the province. (Quan Doi Nhan Dan - People’s Army Aug 15)
