Ministry of Natural Resource and Environment (MONRE) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) will start up the implementation of a project entitled “Environmental Remediation of Dioxin Contaminated Hotspots in Vietnam” over a period of 4 years, 2010-2013. The objective of the project is “To minimise disruption of ecosystems and health risks for people from environmental releases of TCDD contaminated hotspots.” This will contribute to overcome the consequences of toxic chemicals used in the war in Viet Nam. Project calls for applications from qualified national candidates for 04 project staff positions to work full time /part-time at Project Office located in Hanoi, starting in May 2010.
