The Life Is Beautiful (LIB) campaign is an international humanitarian campaign that aims to raise awareness and funds for impoverished people with disability in Vietnam. The campaign was launched in December 2009 by East Meets West Foundation (EMW) in partnership with Vietnam Television (VTV) and Vietnam Red Cross.
LIB is seeking for the following volunteer positions that will support its promotional and fundraising activities:
1. Designing volunteer: Main responsibilities: Design of communications and publicity materials to support the campaign’s promotion including: - Backdrops, banners, posters - Brochures, leaflets, catalogues - Presentation templates, slideshow - Website layout - Flash banners (if possible)
American Red Cross (ARC) is a non-profit, volunteer-led, humanitarian organization working to provide high impact emergency relief and long term sustainable development projects for the world's most vulnerable people. In Vietnam, we cooperate closely with our implementing partner, the Vietnam Red Cross on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) programs and related projects including early warning systems, community-based first responder training and school-based disaster preparedness. FAMILY HEALTH INTERNATIONAL (FHI) is an international non-governmental organization that works with the Vietnam Ministry of Health, other ministries, provincial health services, and local non-government organizations to promote the health and well-being of the Vietnamese population, particularly vulnerable and disenfranchised groups. FHI is currently building the capacity of local organizations in HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment; clinical research for the development of vaccines and drugs for infectious diseases; tobacco control; and laboratory strengthening.

UNDP Vietnam seeks Technical and Financial Proposals for 01 qualified international Gender Expert to lead a research about women’s land rights in Viet Nam (also called “Lead Expert”), within the framework of the project “Empowerment of women to claim their land rights” (Project 61404)
The expert is expected to provide substantive inputs to the Research Team (for “Research on Current Situation of Women’s Land Rights in Viet Nam”) in order to ensure the research strategic focus, sharpen its scope and priorities, increase quality and value added of its outputs and recommendations.

UNDP Vietnam seeks proposals from qualified team of individual consultants, firms, institutes, organizations to conduct “Survey on current situation of women’s land rights in Viet Nam”, under the Project “Empowerment of Women to Claim Land Rights in Viet Nam”.
The Main objective of this research is to provide a comprehensive assessment of the current situation of women’s land rights in Viet Nam, factors and obstacles to enable or constrain realization of their rights, and to recommend possible solutions and mechanism in empowering women to claim their rights in cases such as divorce and inheritance.

Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations is one of the sub-recipients of “The Global Fund supported project on HIV/AIDS”, funded by The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. The target of the VUSTA’s project is to reduce the HIV/AIDS related mortality and improve the quality of life of people living with and vulnerable to HIV/AIDS in 10 provinces covered by the project via strengthening capacity and promoting the participation of civil society organizations and community in the national response to HIV/AIDS in Vietnam. The project is expected to run for five years, from 2011 through 2015.
The Centre for Community Socio-Economic and environmental Development (CSEED) is a Vietnamese NGO established in January 2006 under the decision of Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA). Their mission is to support sustainable livelihoods and environment development in targeted vulnerable and marginalized communities.
CSEED is looking for an experienced and qualified Vietnamese to fill in full time Accountant position. The Accountant reporting to the Finance Manager will be based in CSEED office located in Hanoi and with 20% of his/her working time travel to project sites.
