World Vision Vietnam (WVV) invites competent Vietnamese candidates for the position: DME and Capacity Building Cluster Officer (1 position), based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Main Responsibilities: - To provide technical support, advice and influence on the development and implementation of capacity building need assessment, then activities, structures, initiatives and materials which aim to build the capacity of the human resources directly involved in delivering WVV programs, including ADP staff, district and commune program management boards, community volunteers, HF networks and members of CBOs and VDBs.

Scope of work The USAID-funded New Partner Initiative (NPI) project in Vietnam is seeking a consultant to work with a grantee to strengthen their documentation and marketing skills. The consultant will work with the NGO's senior staff to improve report and proposal writing skills and develop their capacity statement. It is expected that the program will improve the capacity and sustainability of the grantee.

SNV has been working in Vietnam since 1995.
