Qualifications: Bachelor degree in forestry or similar field and 5 years experience in training planning; designing training courses in topics related to land and forest management (including agroforestry); quality control and assessment of undertaken trainings.

Paz y Desarrollo is a Spanish International NGO focusing on gender equality improvement, increasing community awareness on domestic violence and supporting economic empowerment of women. In 2010, they launched the “Social and Economic Empowerment with a Gender perspective in Cambodia, Timor Leste and Vietnam” Project which takes place in Quang Nam province, the areas of intervention consist of 03 districts of Duy Xuyen, Hiep Duc and Phuoc Son.
