"Wastewater and Solid Waste Management in Provincial Centers" (WMP) is funded by the German government through GIZ. The overall goal of the program is the enhancement of environmental conditions through the provision of improved wastewater facilities, comprehensive and efficient wastewater management, the improvement of customer services, and gradual changes of community awareness and behavior patterns. The Senior Policy Advisor (North) is a senior consultant and reports to the Team Leader of TC Component 2. With duty station in the component’s head office in Hanoi, he/she will be deployed in April 2012 for 24 months full time with travel frequency program locations.
