This assignment is aimed at the collection and collation of documentation from the non-government members of the CCWG, the DMWG, the JANI, national society members of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies as well mass organizations involved with disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation in Viet Nam in order to make substantive written contributions to the development of the Viet Nam SREX and Practical Guidelines.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.

HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Vietnam is looking for a Project Officer responsible for Value Chain development, based in Ha Noi with frequent travels to provinces for project “Developing High Quality Tea Value Chains for Poverty Reduction for Ethnic Minorities in Northern Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar”. The Project is funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and has the objectives to improve livelihoods for ethnic minority tea producers through well-developed value chains.

1)Facilitate the adoption and implementation of national and local HIV/AIDS policies, plans, and programs based on international best practices; 2)Strengthen and support effective public sector and civil society advocates and networks to assume leadership in the policy process; and 3)Develop and deploy timely and accurate data for evidence-based decision making.
