The United Nations Volunteers programme (UNV) is seeking a qualified Vietnamese candidate for a National UN volunteer for the position a Legal Specialist. The incumbent will be based at the United National Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).
“Tinh chi em” is the brand name for a Government Social Franchise model which was established in 2005 with technical assistance of Marie Stopes International in Vietnam (MSIVN) within the framework of the project “Strengthening the capacity for reproductive healthcare within the commune health station network in Da Nang city and Khanh Hoa province”, funded by the ATLANTIC Philanthropies (AP). The model was continued in Phase 2 under AP’s funding at Commune Health Stations of three new provinces of Thai Nguyen, Thua Thien Hue and Vinh Long from 2009 to 2012. Attributed to the successes of two phases, the Donor has approved funding for Phase 3 in Yen Bai, Dak Lak & Ca Mau from July 2013 to December 2016 in order to scale up nationally.
