ActionAid is an international development agency whose aim is to fight poverty worldwide. Vietnam is a focus country in Oxfam’s global GROW campaign, of which a major component relates to food and climate justice (FCJ). One of the key campaign objectives in 2014-15 is to build the resilience of people whose right to food is threatened by climate change. Within this objective are several strands of ongoing Oxfam campaigning on the right to food, national and regional climate change adaptation strategies, and climate practices of the food and beverage industry (“Behind the Brands”).
The implementation of the project for “Strengthening the impact of Public Administration Reform in Ha Tinh province” was assigned by Vietnam Government to Ha Tinh PPC at Letter No.1531/TTg-QHQT dated September 25, 2012. The project is funded by UNDP and other donors through One UN Fund.
