HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation started a five-year project to develop and support Certified Cocoa Value Chains in Vietnam in 2010. The project aims to increase the living standards of the rural population in the southern regions via improved social, economic and environmental conditions related to agriculture. The project is coordinated by HELVETAS and implemented by two project partners: Ben Tre Province’s Agricultural Extension Center (PAEC) and Tien Giang Province’s Department of Science and Technology (DOST). Research and Training Centre for Community Development (RTCCD) was established in 1996, known as an independent research centre. Its main building located in Ha Noi. Our main activities focus on mental health, maternal and child health and health system development sector.
The project “Strengthening the impact of Public Administration Reform in Da Nang city” aims at improving the quality and performance of civil servants and public employees in Da Nang city and improving the quality of delivery of public administrative services to the people and organizations through OSS/IAOSS mechanism.
