1. The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received a Grant from the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO (TF098460) through the World Bank for the Renewable Energy Development Project (REDP) and intends to apply part of the Grant to payments under a contract for GIS data development for renewable energy mapping – Collection of data relating to Wind measurement and Planning – Package 2.2.4.a.
