Project “Supporting the implementation of PAR in Bac Giang, Can Tho, Da Nang and Ha Tinh” (called PAR MOHA) funded by UNDP and other donors started in 2013 till the end of 2016. One of main objective of the project is to supporting PAR implementation and share PAR priorities nation wide.
Beside providing technical supports to local PAR projects in Bac Giang, Can Tho, Da Nang and Ha Tinh, PAR MOHA project will coordinate with MOHA’s PAR Department to recruit 02 national experts to do research, and provide solutions as well as methodologies to adjust current Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS).
