UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 International consultant (team leader, TL) and 01 national consultant (team member, TM) for Annual Review 2016 of UN-REDD Vietnam Phase II Programme.
The Review has the following main objectives:
Assess Programme performance since the last review;
Assess the level and sufficiency of the Programme’s response to the 2015AR’s and MTR’s pending recommendations; and
Identify and prioritize measures to improve Programme’s performance.

UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 National Consultant for providing trainings of data collection and writing reports for the Participatory Governance Assessment for REDD+ in 04 provinces of Viet Nam.
The consultant will be responsible for the technical trainings on PGA indicators and data collection tools in the four provinces within the UN-REDD programme. The consultant will also prepare and finalize reports for the four provinces as well as a synthesis report to summarize key findings from provinces.
