The Vietnam Cooperative Development Project (VCED) is a newly Project managed by SOCODEVI and financed by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) of Canada. Project duration is of 5 years ending on March 2020.

The VIETNAM COOPERATIVE ENTREPRISE DEVELOPMENT (VCED) Project, financed by Global Affairs Canada, was approved by MARD under the Decision No. 4044/QD-BNN-THTQT on October 04th, 2016. VCED is operating under the responsibility of Colleague of Management for Agriculture and Rural Development II (CMARD 2), its project owner. This is co-managed by CMARD 2 and SOCODEVI, a Canadian non- government organization. The project office is located at 45 Dinh Tien Hoang Str, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
