Organisation: Plan International Vietnam (PIV) has a current Country Strategic Plan (CSPIV) which outlines program objectives that should be relevant, ambitious but achievable for the period of five years in order to address the most significant issues identified in the child right situational analysis. PIV’s CSP is at the 2-year mark, so PIV will conduct a Mid Term Review of the strategy to see progress to date, outline lessons learnt to date, and see if the current strategy is relevant and/or needs modifying. We are looking for consultant(s).

JOB SUMMARY:
Based in the Project Management Unit and reporting through the Project Coordinator to the USS Chief Of Party, the Secretary – Admin will provide administrative, operational & logistic support to contribute to the effective functioning of the PMU and CITES MA in implementation of the USS project.
