Administrative Officer
Key responsibilities:
- Reception
- Courier and Filing
- Assistance the Office Functioning
- Assistance in Interpretation/ Translation (from English/ French to Vietnamese and vice versus)
- Assistant the Human Resources
- Project Officer’s delegated tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration and/or Foreign Language major in English/ French;
- At least 5 years relevant experience; Experience working with development sector/international organisations is a preference;
- Very good English in speaking, reading, and writing;
- Ability to speak, read and write basic French;
- Proficient with the MS Office package and Vietnamese keyboard solutions;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Innovative and creative, team player;

DURATION OF CONTRACT: One year, renewable (with two-month probation)
