International Consultants to Provide Consultancy Service for Public Administration Reform Project in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA)

For your information, UNDP Viet Nam is seeking technical and financial proposals from qualified international consultants to provide consultancy service for Public Administration Reform project in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA).

Consultant’s objectives is to assure the quality of project activities by coordinating inputs and monitoring the outputs produced by project consultants/subcontracts, following the overall project strategy and plan as set forth in the Detailed Project Outlines (DPO), and Annual Project Work-plans (AWPs).
