Population Services International (PSI) is the leading social marketing organization with programs in over 60 countries. In Vietnam, ActionAid operates in 20 provinces in mountainous and remote regions, including urban areas of Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Hai Phong since 1989 in the fields of education, women’s rights, disaster preparedness, climate change, governance and food rights.

ActionAid International Vietnam (AAV) is seeking to recruit well-qualified and experienced Vietnamese individual for the following position:

Created in 2005, Passerelles numériques (PN) is a non-profit organization with the mission to enable the largest number of young people in precarious situations to access training leading to a qualified job in the Information Technology sector.

The association operates in Cambodia, the Philippines and Vietnam. It is currently training 450 students and will be training 750 in 3 years. Passerelles numériques has 80 employees in different countries and a small office in France.

In Vietnam, Passerelles Numériques is settled in the city of Da Nang. It started in 2010 and is currently training 90 students. Its program is run in partnership mainly with University of Da Nang, East Meets West and Institute Européen de Coopération et Dévelopement (IECD)

1. Background

The French Red Cross seeks to prevent and alleviate human suffering and to improve the situation of vulnerable people. The French Red Cross carries out activities in France and worldwide, in close coordination with the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and their sisters organizations. The French Red Cross core areas of intervention are: social care, health, disaster preparedness and relief with a transversal emphasis on capacity building.

In Vietnam, the French Red Cross work in close collaboration with the Viet Nam Red Cross (VNRC) to implement development projects focusing of the health sector as well as emergency projects to respond to the humanitarian needs of people affected by natural disasters.
