Oxfam Quebec is currently under procedures to close the representative office in Hanoi. They would like to invite all related stakeholders, partners or individuals to get in touch with their office for any pending issues before 28 February 2014.

The Asia Foundation announced the appointment of Dr. Michael R. DiGregorio to Country Representative in Vietnam effective February 5, 2014.

The NGO Resource Centre will be closed for two weeks over Tet, from Monday, January 27th until Friday, February 7th. The office will be open on Monday, February 10th, 2014.

The World Concern Development Organization (WCDO) in Vietnam advises that Mr Mark Edward Estes has resigned from his position as the Acting Country Director for WCDO in Vietnam from October 2013. Please be aware of our opening hours for the coming weeks:

The NGO Resource Centre will be closed from 1:00pm on December 24th and closed all day on December 25th (Christmas Day).

We will also be closed from 1:00pm on December 31st and closed all day on January 1st (New Year's Day).

  • Sustainable Agricultural and Natural Resources Management Working Group meeting, on Friday 15th November, at 9:00 AM.

Please join us in welcoming Ms. Elizabeth Bailes, our new Communications Advisor, recently appointed through Australian Volunteers International. Elizabeth has worked as a journalist, editor, publications manager and public relations consultant. She has extensive experience in writing, editing, professional design and marketing services.
